Enneagram

Enneagram Circle
- Dates: Each first Saturday of the month
- Time: 10 a.m. to noon Central Time
- Location: Zoom
- Leaders: Caroline Kibler and Calan Thuro
- No book but we will share suggested references.
These sessions begin with a short topical introduction and then focus on group discussion in the big group and in small breakouts. While these discussions are designed for those with some prior knowledge of the Enneagram, all are welcome. Beginning in September, our focus will be: Finding a Spiritual Discipline for your Enneagram Type.
This Fall the topic of this three part discussion is Finding a Spiritual Practice for Your Type (and You):
October 7 – Stillness, Solitude, and Silence
November 4
December 2
We’ll explore questions such as: What does each Enneagram point need from a spiritual practice? How does a spiritual practice relate to the head, heart, and body centers? How does having a spiritual practice (or practices) affect the other parts of your life?
Presented in a discussion format with opportunity to share experiences, we will use the group to guide our content. What practices worked for you? What practices do you recommend? What practices are you reluctant to try? What practices didn’t work for you? What part did your enneagram type play?

What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal transformation. It is based on a collection of nine distinct styles or strategies for relating to the self, others, and the world. This class is a good starting point for learning a bit about the Enneagram and each of the nine types. All are welcome.
